Top Ménage
Smugglers boasts a fantastic floodlit 50m by 50m outdoor sand ménage. This ménage offers the perfect space for a superb competition opportunity. Elegantly surrounded by white plastic fencing this arena oozes professionalism. Surrounding this arena are picnic benches for excellent viewing. Also incorporated into the ménage is a ride through connection from the indoor arena to the outdoor arena. This arena is available for all Liveries to use, there are a selection of jumps available also.
Bottom Ménage
Smugglers second ménage is a 20m by 40m flood lit sand arena, this mimics the larger arena but on a smaller scale, again this ménage boasts the same white plastic fence surrounding and the same fantastic surface. Shared use between the riding school it also offers an extra schooling facility available for Liveries.
Horse Walker
An excellent addition to any yard, this 5-horse, horse walker provided by Claydon’s is a great asset to Smugglers. Thus, giving the liveries the perfect opportunity to stretch their horses’ legs before riding or on days that they don’t wish to turn out or to keep their horse ticking over.
Lunge Pen
Another amazing asset to Smugglers is our Lunge pen. This 20m circular pen is fully enclosed with a sand surface. An excellent area in which to exercise, train and school your horse from the ground or a perfect space for your horse to let off some steam and have a roll.
Indoor Arena
Smugglers proudly offers this fantastic arena with a superb silica sand surface. This arena has a revolutionary high tech under surface watering system and fantastic lighting. This arena is 50m by 30m another fantastic sized arena, perfect for competition use. Attached to the indoor is a large gallery and viewing area with toilet and refreshment facilities. The indoor arena has an elevated judges’ box which provides a full viewing area of both the indoor and outdoor ménage.
Café
Smugglers boats a delightful café area attached to the indoor arena with superb viewing of the arena. The café provides excellent refreshments which range from coffee to cakes to sandwiches, salads, burgers and such like.
Horse Shower
A specific area allocated for the washing of your horse. This area is under cover with cross tie posts and an over the head hose pipe system.
Function Room
A spacious area perfect for meetings, talks, parties etc. With our café close by we can also offer buffets hot and cold drinks and hot food. Large TV screen for presentations and free Wi-Fi.
